Abstract
Controller and method for controlling one or more components of a power system. The power system includes an AC power node connected to an AC system. The controller is configured to determine a first phase angle between a first voltage of the AC power node and a current of the AC power node; determine, based on the first angle, a second angle between the first voltage of the AC power node and a second voltage of the AC system; and output data indicative of at least the second angle for controlling the one or more components of the power system.
Claims15
A controller for controlling one or more components of a power system, wherein the power system comprises an AC power node connected to an AC system;
- the controller configured to:
- determine a first phase angle between a first voltage of the AC power node and a current of the AC power node;
- determine, based on the first angle, a second angle between the first voltage of the AC power node and a second voltage of the AC system;
- and
- output data indicative of at least the second angle for controlling the one or more components of the power system.
A method for controlling one or more components of a power system, wherein the power system comprises an AC power node connected to an AC system;
- the method comprising:
- determining, by a controller, a first phase angle between a first voltage of the AC power node and a current of the AC power node;
- determining, by the controller, based on the first angle, a second angle between the first voltage of the AC power node and a second voltage of the AC system;
- and
- outputting, by the controller, data indicative of at least the second angle for controlling the one or more components of the power system.
