Abstract
An electrical conductor assembly for use in a power distribution assembly includes an electrical conductor. A casing covers at least a portion of the electrical conductor. The casing insulates the at least a portion of the electrical conductor.
Claims20
An electrical conductor assembly for use in a power distribution assembly comprising:
- an electrical conductor;
- and
- a casing covering at least a portion of the electrical conductor, the casing insulating said at least a portion of the electrical conductor, the casing having alignment structure for attaching the casing to another casing in a linear fashion such that the casing is attached to a top end of said another casing.
A casing for use with an electrical conductor comprising:
- a first casing member configured to cover at least a first portion of the electrical conductor;
- and
- a second casing member attachable to the first casing member and configured to cover at least a second portion of the electrical conductor, the first and second casing members insulating said at least the first and second portions of the electrical conductor, the first and second casing members having alignment structure for attaching the casing to another casing in a linear fashion such that the casing is attached to a top end of said another casing.
A casing for use with an electrical conductor comprising:
- a first casing member configured to cover at least a first portion of the electrical conductor;
- and
- a second casing member attachable to the first casing member and configured to cover at least a second portion of the electrical conductor, the first and second casing members insulating said at least the first and second portions of the electrical conductor, the first and second casing members each defining at least one hole for receiving a fastener to mount the casing in an enclosure.
