Circuit board electric connector

A circuit board electric connector mounted on a mounting surface of a circuit board,

• the circuit board electric connector being fitted in and connected to a mating connector mounted on a mounting surface of another circuit board so as to be insertable into and removable from the mating connector with one direction parallel with the mounting surface as an insertion-removal direction,
• the circuit board electric connector comprising:
• a plurality of terminals arranged with a direction perpendicular to the insertion-removal direction as a terminal arrangement direction;
• and
• a housing holding a terminal line formed of the plurality of terminals,
• wherein each of the plurality of terminals has a connection portion provided on one end side and to be connected to the circuit board, a contact portion provided on the other end side and configured to contact the mating connector, and a leg provided between the connection portion and the contact portion,
• the contact portion extends along the insertion-removal direction, and is configured to contact a mating terminal provided for the mating connector with a direction perpendicular to both the insertion-removal direction and the terminal arrangement direction as a contact direction, and
• the leg extends along the contact direction.
