A positioning measurement method, performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
- determining configuration information of a time window or configuration information of a timer;
- and
- performing a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) measurement based on the configuration information of the time window or the configuration information of the timer.
A positioning measurement method, performed by a network device, comprising:
- sending configuration information of a time window or configuration information of a timer to a user equipment (UE),
- wherein the configuration information of the time window or the configuration information of the timer is used for assisting the UE to perform a GNSS measurement.

- a transceiver, a memory and a processor connected to the transceiver and the memory, respectively, wherein the processor is configured to control the transceiver to receive and transmit wireless signals by executing computer executable instructions stored on the memory, and the processor is capable of:

- and
- performing a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) measurement based on the configuration information of the time window or the configuration information of the timer.
