System for Installing Structural Components within Existing Walls Utilizing Ventilating Structural Components

A securement system for securing structural elements within an opening of an existing wall, comprising:

• a head element, said head element comprising a top wall, a bottom wall, a back wall, and a front wall;
• wherein said head element having two sides that are parallel to each other;
• wherein said top wall having at least one retaining part configured to secure said structural element;
• said top wall further comprising a front section;
• said front section comprising a retaining wall extending from a free end of said top wall;
• a connecting wall, said connecting wall extending from a free end of said retaining wall, said connecting wall connecting with said front wall;
• wherein said retaining wall forming one of said at least one retaining parts, and wherein another of said at least one retaining parts is at least one groove, wherein said at least one groove configured to couple with a holding element.

A securement system for securing structural elements within an opening of an existing wall, comprising:

• a sill element and a head element, said sill and head elements comprising a top wall, a bottom wall, a back wall, and a front wall;
• wherein said top, bottom, back and front walls of said sill element defining an inner cavity;
• wherein said sill and said head elements having two sides that are parallel to each other;
• wherein each of said two sides defined by a rim;
• wherein said top wall of said sill and said head element configured to support a structural element;
• wherein said top wall of said sill and said head element having at least one retaining part configured to secure said structural element;
• said top wall of said head and said sill elements further comprising a front section;
• said front section comprising a retaining wall extending from a free end of said top wall;
• a connecting wall, said connecting wall extending from a free end of said retaining wall, said connecting wall connecting with said front wall;
• wherein said retaining wall of said sill and said head elements forming one of said at least one retaining parts, and wherein another of said at least one retaining parts is at least one groove, wherein said at least one groove configured to couple with a holding element;
• and wherein said head and said sill elements are in a parallel and set apart configuration with each other separated by an aperture configured to receive said structural element.
