Abstract
A molding material containing: a methacrylic-based resin pellet comprising a methacrylic-based resin and a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber; and a fatty acid metal salt externally added to the methacrylic-based resin pellet.

A molding material comprising:
- a methacrylic-based resin pellet comprising a methacrylic-based resin and a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber;
- and
- a fatty acid metal salt externally added to the methacrylic-based resin pellet,
- wherein a content of the benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber is 0.001 parts by mass or more and less than 0.3 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the methacrylic resin pellet, and
- a metal of the fatty acid metal salt is a divalent or trivalent typical metal.

The method for producing a resin molded article according to claim 19, wherein the resin molded article is obtained by injection molding the molding material.
