Abstract
A glass ceramic has a visible-light transmittance of 85% or more in terms of a thickness of 0.7 mm, and a haze value of 1.0% or less in terms of a thickness of 0.7 mm, and has a composition including, in mass % on an oxide basis: 45-70% of SiO2; 1-15% of Al2O3; and 10-25% of Li2O.
Claims20
A chemically strengthened glass, comprising:
- a chemically strengthened glass having a compressive stress layer in a surface thereof and comprising a glass ceramic having a composition comprising, in mass % on an oxide basis, 45% or more of SiO2, 1% or more of Al2O3, 10% or more of Li2O, 1-15% of ZrO2, 0.5-12% of P2O5, and 0.1-10% of Na2O,
- wherein the chemically strengthened glass has a visible-light transmittance of 85% or more in terms of a thickness of 0.7 mm, and a haze value of 0.5% or less in terms of a thickness of 0.7 mm, and the chemically strengthened glass has a surface compressive stress value of 490 MPa or more, a depth of the compressive stress layer of 80 μm or more, and a compressive stress value of 100 MPa or more at a depth of 50 μm from the surface.
