Abstract
A closure and container with the closure configured to seal a conically shaped bottle that includes an internal tube to store contents in an upright orientation therein. The closure includes a first housing member, a second housing member configured to interact with and be fixed to the first housing member and an inner closure secured between the first housing member and the second housing member. The container includes housing that has a conical shape and a tube that is delimited at one end, fixed to the housing and extending within the housing.

- a first housing member;
- a second housing member configured to interact with and be fixed to the first housing member;
- and
- an inner closure secured between the first housing member and the second housing member.
