A heat pump system for a hybrid vehicle is capable of performing the warming up of the engine and the vehicle interior heating while the ambient air temperature is low, improving the fuel efficiency by minimizing the engine operation, and improving the operation efficiency of the system by preventing the pressure drop of the circulating refrigerant. The heat pump system includes a first cooling apparatus, a second cooling apparatus, a vehicle interior heating device, a control valve, a first connection line, a second connection line, and an air conditioner unit, where the second line and the second connection line are respectively connected to the condenser so as to selectively circulate the first coolant and the second coolant.
