- an inflatable duct;
- a puncture-resistant, pressure-adjustable insert at least partially surrounding the inflatable duct;
- and
- a valve in operable communication with the inflatable duct.

- a puncture-resistant, pressure-adjustable insert at least partially surrounding an inflatable duct, wherein the insert and the inflatable duct are positioned in the channel;
