Abstract
A sandwich panel (100) includes: a core layer (10) having a honeycomb structure; and cured products (40) of one or more prepregs (20) provided on both surfaces of the core layer (10), in which a part of the cured products (40) of the prepregs (20) penetrates into the core layer (10), and when an outermost surface of the sandwich panel (100) is observed, a number density of pinholes is 0 to 50 pieces/cm2.

A sandwich panel comprising:
- a core layer having a honeycomb structure;
- and
- cured products of one or more prepregs provided on both surfaces of the core layer,
- wherein a part of the cured products of the prepregs penetrates into the core layer, and
- when an outermost surface of the sandwich panel is observed, a number density of pinholes is 0 to 50 pieces/cm2.

A method of manufacturing a sandwich panel, the method comprising:
- a step of preparing a sheet-like core layer having a honeycomb structure and a plurality of sheet-like prepregs;
- a step of laminating and disposing one or more prepregs on each of both surfaces of the core layer to form a laminate and disposing a release film over an outermost layer of the laminate;
- and
- a step of performing a heating and pressurization process on the laminate together with the release film.

A release film for manufacturing a sandwich panel, the release film comprising:
- a first release layer provided on at least one surface,
- wherein the first release layer includes one kind or two or more kinds selected from a polyester resin, a poly(4-methyl-1-pentene) resin, a polyamide resin, and a polypropylene resin.
