Claims20
An exercise balancing support device comprising:
- a base comprising a first half and a second half connected by a central locking hinge, wherein the base is foldable via the hinge;
- a first handle spanning horizontally between a first vertical support post and a second vertical support post, the first handle being telescopic to allow adjustment of the width of the yoga pose device;
- and
- a second handle positioned above the first handle, the second handle having an inverted U-shaped shape, wherein the second handle is vertically adjustable.
An exercise balancing support device comprising:
- a base comprising a first half and a second half connected by a central locking hinge, wherein the base is foldable via the hinge and is comprised of a foot;
- a first handle spanning horizontally between a first vertical support post and a second vertical support post, the first handle being telescopic to allow adjustment of the width of the yoga pose device;
- and
- a second handle positioned above the first handle, the second handle having an inverted U-shaped shape, wherein the second handle is vertically adjustable.
A method of using an exercise balancing support device, the method comprising:
- providing an exercise balancing support device comprised of a base foldable via a central locking hinge further comprised of a first handle spanning horizontally between a first vertical support post attached to the base and a second vertical support post attached to the base, and a second handle positioned above the first handle, wherein the first handle is telescopic for width adjustment, and the second handle is vertically adjustable via a first locking mechanism;
- unfolding the base and locking the base into an extended position via the central locking hinge and a second locking mechanism;
- adjusting the width of the first handle and securing the desired width using a third locking mechanism;
- adjusting the height of the second handle relative to the first vertical support post and the second vertical support post and securing the height via the first locking mechanism;
- and
- gripping the first handle, the second handle, or both, to perform a yoga pose or exercise.
