A secured garage door opener to open a garage door, the secured garage door opener including a main body, a garage door opening button disposed on the main body to open the garage door when the garage door opening button is pressed, a garage door closing button disposed on the main body to close the garage door when the garage door closing button is pressed, and a fingerprint scanner disposed on the main body to prevent the garage door opening button from opening the garage door unless an authorized fingerprint is detected by the fingerprint scanner.

- a main body;
- a garage door opening button disposed on the main body to open the garage door when the garage door opening button is pressed;
- a garage door closing button disposed on the main body to close the garage door when the garage door closing button is pressed;

- a fingerprint scanner disposed on the main body to prevent the garage door opening button from opening the garage door unless an authorized fingerprint is detected by the fingerprint scanner.
