Claims20
A computer-implemented method, comprising:
- receiving, by an authentication server from a call center server, a request of registering a pending authentication operation for authenticating a call connection from a mobile device;
- determining, by the authentication server, authentication information associated with the call connection, based on the pending authentication operation;
- receiving, by the authentication server from the mobile device, the authentication information, wherein the authentication information is received by the mobile device from a contactless card based on a tap of the contactless card on or near the mobile device;
- performing, by the authentication server, the pending authentication operation based on the authentication information;
- and
- transmitting, by the authentication server to the call center server, an authentication result of the pending authentication operation.

- processing circuitry;

- memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processing circuitry, cause the processing circuitry to:
- receive, from a call center server, a request of registering a pending authentication operation for authenticating a call connection from a mobile device;
- determine authentication information associated with the call connection, based on the pending authentication operation;
- receive, from the mobile device, the authentication information, wherein the authentication information is received by the mobile device from a contactless card based on a tap of the contactless card on or near the mobile device;
- perform the pending authentication operation based on the authentication information;
- and
- transmit, to the call center server, an authentication result of the pending authentication operation.

- receive, from a call center server, a request of registering a pending authentication operation for authenticating a call connection from a mobile device;
