Equivalent negative refractive index plate lens and manufacturing method therefor

An equivalent negative refractive index flat lens, wherein the equivalent negative refractive index flat lens is prepared by a method, the method comprising:

• (1) forming reflective layers on two opposite sides of a transparent substrate layer;
• (2) forming protective layers on the reflective layers, respectively;
• (3) forming a first bonding metal layer on one of the protective layers and a second bonding metal layer on the other of the protective layers, to form a flat optical waveguide;
• (4) stacking at least two flat optical waveguides in a first direction, wherein the first bonding metal layer in one flat optical waveguide of the at least two flat optical waveguides abuts against the second bonding metal layer in an adjacent flat optical waveguide adjacent to the one flat optical waveguide, and heating and applying a pressure to the at least two flat optical waveguides to integrate the first bonding metal layer and the second bonding metal layer that abut against each other, followed by annealing, to obtain a multi-layer flat optical waveguide;
• (5) taking two multi-layer flat optical waveguides, cutting one of the two multi-layer flat optical waveguides into a plurality of first strip-shaped flat optical waveguides to obtain a first optical waveguide array, and cutting the other of the two multi-layer flat optical waveguides into a plurality of second strip-shaped flat optical waveguides to obtain a second optical waveguide array, wherein an extension direction of the first strip-shaped flat optical waveguides is perpendicular to an extension direction of the second strip-shaped flat optical waveguides;
• and
• (6) stacking the first optical waveguide array and the second optical waveguide array in the first direction, enabling the extension direction of the plurality of first strip-shaped flat optical waveguides to be perpendicular to the extension direction of the plurality of second strip-shaped flat optical waveguides after said stacking, and applying protective window panes on two sides to obtain the equivalent negative refractive index flat lens.
