A method of treating or preventing an NLRP3-related disease or disorder in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a compound of Formula (II-h):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein:
- Y is phenyl substituted with one or more halo, C1-C6 alkyl, or —R4OR5;
- R1 is —(CH2)n-(3- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl) wherein:
- the heterocycloalkyl is optionally substituted with one or more halo, C1-C6 alkyl, or —R4OR5,
- n is 1, and
- the 3- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl is tetrahydrofuranyl;
- each R2a is hydrogen;
- R4 is a bond;
- and
- R is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl.
