The present invention provides an inner membrane tube bronchial catheter. The head of the main ventilation tube is equipped with a main ventilation port and a lateral ventilation port, while the tail is provided with two ventilator interfaces. One of the two ventilation ports can be selectively connected to either ventilator interface, thereby forming a membrane ventilation lumen. A front sealing cuff and a rear sealing cuff are respectively arranged at the anterior and posterior sides of the lateral ventilation port, and they are each connected to an inflation tube and an inflation valve. During thoracic surgery, the front sealing cuff is inserted into one bronchial orifice, while the rear sealing cuff remains within the main airway, with the lateral ventilation port oriented toward the opposite bronchial orifice; by inflating or deflating the membranous ventilation tube, lung isolation can be easily achieved, thereby minimizing the catheter's outer diameter, reducing intubation-related injury, and providing a larger ventilation chamber with lower airway resistance when ventilating either lung. Moreover, suctioning and bronchoscopic examination are made more convenient. After the surgery, the front sealing cuff can be deflated and retracted into the main airway, thereby converting the device into a single-lumen endotracheal tube. The catheter has a simple design, is cost-effective, has a low complication rate, and holds significant potential for clinical application.
