Abstract
A pre-roll filling system is provided. A pre-roll receiving component is operable to receive a plurality of pre-rolls. The pre-rolls are arranged in at least one row extending along a longitudinal axis. A translating component is operable to translate the pre-roll receiving component along the longitudinal axis. A filling component including at least one needle component is operable to deposit infusion material via at least one needle into the pre-rolls as the pre-roll receiving component translates along the longitudinal axis.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- translating a pre-roll receiving component along a longitudinal axis so that a first pre-roll received by the pre-roll receiving component is aligned with a needle of a filling component;
- causing the needle to be at least partially inserted into the first pre-roll;
- depositing infusion material into the first pre-roll;
- causing the needle to be removed from the first pre-roll;
- translating the pre-roll receiving component along the longitudinal axis so that a second pre-roll received by the pre-roll receiving component is aligned with the needle,
- wherein the first pre-roll and the second pre-roll are received by the pre-roll receiving component in a row extending along the longitudinal axis.

A pre-roll filling system comprising:
- a controller operable to:
- adjust a translating component so that a pre-roll receiving component is translated along a longitudinal axis so that a first pre-roll received by the pre-roll receiving component is aligned with a needle of a filling component;
- adjust the filling component so that the needle is at least partially inserted into the first pre-roll;
- adjust a filling motor of the filling component so that infusion material is moved to the needle to be deposited into the first pre-roll;
- adjust the filling component so that the needle is removed from the first pre-roll;
- adjust the translating component so that the pre-roll receiving component is translated along the longitudinal axis such that that a second pre-roll received by the pre-roll receiving component is aligned with the needle,
- wherein the first pre-roll and the second pre-roll are received by the pre-roll receiving component in a row extending along the longitudinal axis.
