Abstract
A device for use in fishing designed to provide a user multiple hand positions, thus offering multiple leverage sections when reeling in a fish. The fishing device with multiple leverage segment provides multiple leverage sections made of one or more series of bends, curves, angles, or combinations; therefore, where the leverage sections are integrally formed from or part of the overall device or as an attachment to a separate instrument used for fishing.
Claims18
A fishing device comprising:
- an elongated pole or rod;
- and
- a leverage unit, said leverage unit comprising multiple leverage points which a user can grab or rest their hand thereon, said leverage unit off-set from said longitudinal axis of said elongated pole or rod.
A leverage device for attaching to a fishing pole or rod, comprising:
- a first end having a first fishing device engagement member;
- a second end having a second fishing device engagement member;
- and
- a body separating said first end and said second end, said body comprising multiple leverage points which a user can grab or rest their hand thereon.
