Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a piezoelectric module and a method of assembly a piezoelectric module. The piezoelectric module includes a piezoelectric unit; a circuit unit, wherein the circuit unit is connected to the piezoelectric unit; a connector configured to electronically connect to one or more external electronic components, wherein the connector is connected to the circuit unit; and an insulate housing configured to integrate the piezoelectric unit and the circuit unit, wherein the insulate housing accommodates the piezoelectric unit, the circuit unit and a part of the connector.
Claims15
A piezoelectric module, comprising:
- a piezoelectric unit;
- a circuit unit connected to the piezoelectric unit;
- a connector configured to electronically connect to one or more external electronic components, wherein the connector is connected to the circuit unit;
- and
- an insulate housing configured to integrate the piezoelectric unit and the circuit unit, wherein the insulate housing accommodates the piezoelectric unit, the circuit unit and a part of the connector.
A method of assembly a piezoelectric module, comprising:
- mounting a piezoelectric unit into an insulate housing, wherein the insulate housing is in an open status;
- connecting a circuit unit to the piezoelectric unit, wherein the circuit unit connects to a connector, and wherein the connector is configured to electronically connect to one or more external electronic components;
- and
- closing the insulate housing so that the insulate housing in a closed status accommodates the piezoelectric unit, the circuit unit and a part of the connector.
