A camera mounted on a robotic device captures an image of a component affixed with a fiducial marker encoding an identifier. The fiducial marker is detected within the image, and the encoded identifier is extracted to uniquely identify the component. A pose of the component relative to the robotic device is determined based on the image. Using the determined pose, the robotic device positions the identified component at a designated installation location. Upon installation, status information for the identified component is recorded and transmitted to a server, enabling centralized tracking of installed components and real-time updates on installation progress.
