[Problem] To provide a hybrid system which can detect and store a temperature of a battery that supplies electric power to a motor at the time of storage, while power consumption of the battery that supplies the electric power to an ECU is suppressed. [Solution] A hybrid system 10 is a hybrid system mounted on an industrial machine and has a motor 2, a battery 50 that supplies electric power to the motor 2, and a storage portion 151 and also includes a control portion 150 that executes such control that detects a temperature of the battery 50, when an ignition switch of the industrial machine is turned on, and stores the temperature at the detection as a temperature of the industrial machine at the time of storage in the storage portion 151.
