Abstract

A fluid treatment device is disclosed. The fluid treatment device includes: a housing; an inner tube unit disposed inside the housing; and a light source unit emitting light to an inner space of the housing. The housing includes an inlet port through which a fluid is introduced and an outlet port through which the fluid is discharged. The inner tube unit has a smaller inner diameter than the housing and is open at a lower end thereof. An inner space of the inner tube unit defines a first flow path, and a space between the inner tube unit and the housing defines a second flow path. The fluid introduced through the inlet port flows to the outlet port after passing through the first flow path and the second flow path. The light source unit is disposed to face the lower end of the inner tube unit. The lower end of the inner tube unit is located within an irradiation area in which the fluid is exposed to light directly from the light source unit. A central axis of the inlet port lies on a different line than a central axis of the inner tube unit.
