Artificial object control method, artificial object control apparatus, and artificial object including the same

A control apparatus controlling an artificial object in outer space, the control apparatus comprising:

• ejection means for ejecting electrons to increase a potential of the artificial object as compared with a state where no electron is emitted;
• an electron collection surface configured to capture electrons that are present near any of planets including the earth or a satellite in the outer space and are present near the artificial object;
• and
• voltage application means for applying electrostatic potential energy to the electrons captured by the electron collection surface, wherein
• the ejection means increases the potential of the artificial object as compared with the state where no electron is emitted, to promote capture of the electrons by the electron collection surface as compared with the state where no electron is emitted, and
• momentum or/and angular momentum of the artificial object is changed by reaction caused in response to momentum applied to the captured, accelerated, and ejected electrons by using the electron collection surface, the voltage application means, and the ejection means.
