A truck hood raising device comprising each of an outer tube and an inner tube, wherein the inner tube extends from a first end of the outer tube, a foot attached to an end of outer tube, a hood strap and a hand strap, each attached to the inner tube, wherein the hood strap comprises a hood strap clip for attachment to a truck hood and the hand strap comprises a hand strap handle to be pulled by a user.
