Abstract
A method for producing a die for extrusion molding including a discharge port forming portion that forms a discharge port, the method includes forming a base material of the discharge port forming portion into a predetermined shape, and forming, on a surface of the base material processed into the predetermined shape, a build-up layer constituting at least an end region on a discharge port side of an inner wall surface of a flow path, by laser cladding.

A method for producing a die for extrusion molding including a discharge port forming portion that forms a discharge port, the method comprising:
- forming a base material of the discharge port forming portion into a predetermined shape;
- and
- forming, on a surface of the base material processed into the predetermined shape, a build-up layer constituting at least an end region on a discharge port side of an inner wall surface of a flow path, by laser cladding.
A die for extrusion molding comprising:
- a discharge port forming portion that forms a discharge port for a molten resin,
- wherein the discharge port forming portion includes
- a base material, and
- a build-up layer of a cobalt-based alloy, the build-up layer being built up on a surface of the base material and constituting at least an end region on a discharge port side of a flow path surface.
