Abstract
A method for forming a three-dimensional image on a surface of a chassis for a device is provided. The method includes placing a sheet metal die for the chassis between a first form and a second form of a forming station, pre-heating the sheet metal die in the forming station, and applying a first air flow to the sheet metal die from the first form to form the three-dimensional image on a surface of the sheet metal die.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- placing a sheet metal die for a chassis of a information handling system between a first form and a second form of a forming station;
- pre-heating the sheet metal die in the forming station;
- and
- applying a first air flow to the sheet metal die from the first form to form a three-dimensional image on a surface of the sheet metal die.

A non-transitory computer readable medium including code for causing an information handling system to:
- place a sheet metal die for a chassis of a mobile device between a first form and a second form of a forming station;
- pre-heat the sheet metal die in the forming station;
- and
- apply a first air flow to the sheet metal die from the first form to form a three-dimensional image on a surface of the sheet metal die.
