Disclosed are a treatment tip for a scalp care handpiece and a handpiece including the same. The treatment tip includes a cap part having a tip surface formed with a plurality of needle entry/exit holes, a cooling plate part mounted on the cap part, and a pair of terminal parts located on both sides of the cap part and accommodating both ends of the cooling plate part. The treatment tip provides a function capable of effectively cooling the skin of a treatment site during a radio-frequency invasive treatment, and facilitates storage, distribution, management, and assembly as a consumable by compact design.
