Adhesive composition for fuel cell sealing members, member for fuel cells, and method for producing member for fuel cells

Abstract

An adhesive composition for fuel cell sealing members bonds a base material of a thin plate shape, which is a constituent member of a fuel cell, with a sealing member produced from a rubber composition, and includes (A) an adhesive liquid including a solvent and an adhesive component which has a silane coupling agent as a main component or has a silane coupling agent and an organic titanate compound as main components and (B) a dye which is compatible with the adhesive component and dissolves in the solvent. The content of the dye in the adhesive composition is 3-25 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the nonvolatile content of the adhesive composition. The adhesive composition is colored by the dye in a color which differs from the color of the base material or sealing member.
