Embodiments described herein provide one or more neural networks to design a data center cooling system. In at least one embodiment, the one or more neural networks may generate one or more output tokens representing one or more data center designs based, at least in part, on one or more input texts describing one or more characteristics of a data center.

- one or more circuits to cause one or more neural networks to generate one or more output tokens representing one or more data center designs based, at least in part, on one or more input texts describing one or more characteristics of a data center.
