Abstract
Provided is a medium-sized automatic blood viscosity measurement device, and more specifically, a medium-sized automatic blood viscosity measurement device including first, second, and third grippers that can respectively grip a blood collection tube, a pipette tip, and a test kit which are input to a housing, adopting a transfer actuator capable of moving the first, second, and third grippers by interlocking with each other, and capable of automatically measuring viscosity of a plurality of blood samples sequentially in a short period of time through transfer sequence control in consideration of blood mixing time, blood viscosity measurement time, and so on while being manufactured in a medium size.
Claims10
An automatic blood viscosity measurement device comprising:
- a housing having a first position, a second position, and a third position;
- an input portion including a first input portion, a second input portion, and a third input portion, the first input portion being configured to input a blood collection tube including a blood sample and a sealing cap fastened to an upper portion of the blood collection tube to the first position in the housing, the second input portion being configured to input a pipette tip that is disposable and configured to suck or dispense the blood sample to the second position in the housing, and the third input portion being configured to input a test kit that is disposable and configured to be used for blood viscosity measurement to the third position in the housing;
- a transfer unit including a first gripper, a second gripper, and a third gripper, the first gripper being configured to grip the blood collection tube input to the housing, the second gripper being configured to grip the pipette tip input to the housing, and the third gripper being configured to grip the test kit input to the housing, the transfer unit further including a transfer actuator configured to interlock and move one or more of the first gripper, the second gripper, and the third gripper;
- a preprocessing unit including a motor configured to preprocess the blood collection tube gripped and transferred by the first gripper;
- a blood suction/injection unit including a piston and configured to suck the blood sample from the blood collection tube preprocessed by the preprocessing unit by using the pipette tip gripped and transferred by the second gripper, and to inject the sucked blood sample into the test kit;
- a viscosity measurement unit including a blood flow detection sensor and configured to accommodate the test kit gripped and transferred by the third gripper and to measure viscosity of the blood sample injected into the test kit by the blood suction/injection unit;
- and
- a controller configured to check states and to control operations of the housing, the input portion, the transfer unit, the preprocessing unit, the blood suction/injection unit, and the viscosity measurement unit.
