Abstract
A vacuum oil extractor tank assembly is disclosed. The structure comprises a tank body with multiple connection joints and a bottom oil discharge opening connected to an oil discharge pipe fitting. The pipe fitting includes a sealing convex ring and a sealing plug movable vertically therein. An actuator assembly mounted on an upper surface of the tank body includes an actuating rod, a mounting base, and an operating handle. The actuating rod is vertically and rotatably displaceable, with its lower end fixed to the sealing plug. The mounting base defines a longitudinal guide slot with latching recesses for locking the operating handle.
Claims11
A vacuum oil extractor tank assembly, comprising a tank body, the tank body being provided with a plurality of connection joints, a bottom of the tank body being formed with an oil discharge opening extending downward, the oil discharge opening being connected to an oil discharge pipe fitting, an inner wall of the oil discharge pipe fitting being formed with a sealing convex ring, a sealing plug being disposed within the oil discharge pipe fitting for vertical movement, an upper surface of the tank body being provided with an actuator assembly configured to drive the sealing plug in vertical motion;
- wherein the actuator assembly comprises an actuating rod, a mounting base, and an operating handle connected to the actuating rod;
- the actuating rod being arranged for vertical displacement and rotational movement relative to the tank body;
- the mounting base being fixedly disposed on the upper surface of the tank body, the mounting base having a hollow interior and an opening at a lower end thereof;
- a lower end of the actuating rod extending into the oil discharge pipe fitting and being fixedly connected to the sealing plug;
- a side wall of the mounting base being formed with a longitudinal guide slot, the operating handle being vertically movable within the longitudinal guide slot;
- and
- a latching recess being formed on either lateral side of the longitudinal guide slot, the operating handle being configured to be received in the latching recess to achieve a limit-locking engagement.
