Flagpole adapter

A flagpole adapter for interchangeable mounting with a flagpole end of a flagpole, in a flagpole sleeve mount dimensioned to receive said flagpole end, and rotatably supporting said flagpole therein, the flagpole adapter comprising:

• an adapter body comprising:
• an adapter mouth dimensioned for receiving said flagpole end;
• and
• an adapter seat dimensioned to be received in said flagpole sleeve mount;
• and
• a rotation assembly integratable with the adapter body for enabling free rotation of said flagpole end with respect to the adapter seat, when the flagpole end is received in the adapter mouth, wherein the rotation assembly comprises at least one pole-locking mechanism that is resiliently actuable to resiliently engage the flagpole end,
• wherein the at least one pole-locking mechanism comprises an inner lock edge defining a locking circumference that is configurable between:
• a relaxed configuration having a relaxed diameter less than a flagpole diameter of the flagpole end, and an actuated configuration when engaging the flagpole end.
