The present disclosure relates to, inter alia, compositions and methods, including heterologous chimeric proteins that find use, inter alia, in the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the integumentary system.

A chimeric protein having a general structure of:
- wherein:
- (a) is a first domain comprising a portion of TNF receptor (TNFR2) that is capable of binding TNFα and/or capable of oligomerizing with a cellular TNF receptor;
- (b) is a linker adjoining the first domain and a second domain, optionally comprising a hinge-CH2-CH3 Fc domain, and
- (c) is a second domain comprising a portion of a C-type lectin receptor (CLR) capable of binding a ligand.
