Abstract
A decorative sheet that provides a moist feel. A decorative sheet includes a primary film layer, and a surface protection layer provided on one surface of the primary film layer. An uneven structure including a plurality of ridge portions, each of which protrudes in a ridge shape, is provided on a surface of the surface protection layer, and a wrinkle region ratio on the surface of the surface protection layer is 0.45 or more and 1.0 or less.

A decorative sheet comprising:
- a primary film layer;
- and
- a surface protection layer provided on one surface of the primary film layer and having an uneven structure including a plurality of ridge portions each of which protrudes in a ridge shape, provided on a surface of the surface protection layer, wherein
- the surface protection layer has a wrinkle region ratio of 0.45 or more and 1.0 or less.

A method of producing a decorative sheet, the method comprising:
- stirring a coating liquid containing an ionizing radiation-curable resin and particles;
- forming a coating film comprising the coating liquid on a primary film layer;
- performing a first irradiation step of irradiating the coating film with light having a wavelength of 200 nm or less;
- and
- subsequently performing a second irradiation step of irradiating the coating film with ionizing radiation or ultraviolet light having a longer wavelength than the light with which the coating film is irradiated in the first irradiation step, wherein
- the stirring the coating liquid and the first irradiation step are performed so that a surface of the coating film after the second irradiation step has a wrinkle region ratio of 0.45 or more and 1.0 or less.
