• an intelligence analytics module configured to analyze the governance library operation rule and the criterion and the digital twin embodiment to generate a personnel training protocol tailored to a specific personnel role, monitor personnel training performance, calculate a training competency score based on conformance of trainee performance to the governance library operation rule and the criterion, and determine a training completion status when the competency score exceeds a predetermined threshold value;
• a training system configured to deliver an interactive training experience;
• an artificial intelligence module configured to process training performance data;
• an intelligent injection device comprising a barrel in fluid communication with a needle, a piston positioned within the barrel, and a microprocessor in electronic communication with a sensor;
• an augmented reality display system configured to overlay visual guidance information during a physical training session;
• and
• a reporting module configured to generate a training certification record.
