An immunoconjugate comprising a multivalent antibody and a chelating agent, wherein the multivalent antibody comprises a polypeptide having the structure of Formula I:
- wherein:
- A comprises a first VHH;
- B comprises a second VHH;
- C comprises an Fc domain;
- and
- wherein the Fc domain comprises an alteration to one or more amino acid residues that alters binding of the immunoconjugate to the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn).
