A nonaqueous preparation for percutaneous absorption that sufficiently exhibits its medicinal effects and has sufficient adhesion and manufacturing suitability despite the amount of a drug in an adhesive layer constituting the nonaqueous preparation for percutaneous absorption being small (2% by mass to 4% by mass). A nonaqueous preparation for percutaneous absorption includes a support and an adhesive layer laminated on the support. The adhesive layer contains: a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug in an alkali metal salt form in an amount of 2% by mass to 4% by mass based on a total mass of the adhesive layer; a rosin ester derivative in an amount of 10% by mass to 30% by mass based on the total mass of the adhesive layer; and an inorganic acid.
