A feminine hygiene pad package, comprising:
- a folded, individual feminine hygiene pad, comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent structure disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet, the pad being disposed within a flow-wrap envelope package;
- and
- a deposit of process adhesive disposed between the folded pad and material constituting the envelope package.
