Abstract
A toner contains a binder resin containing a polyurethane resin, wherein the toner has a true density of 1.30 to 1.80 g/cm3, an average circularity of less than 0.93, a volume average particle diameter of 10 to 30 μm, and an apparent loose bulk density of less than 0.55, wherein the polyurethane resin accounts for at least 51 percent by mass of the toner.

A toner comprising:
- a binder resin comprising a polyurethane resin,
- wherein the toner has a true density of 1.30 to 1.80 g/cm3, an average circularity of less than 0.93, a volume average particle diameter of 10 to 30 μm, and an apparent loose bulk density of less than 0.55,
- wherein the polyurethane resin accounts for at least 51 percent by mass of the toner.
