Abstract
A manufacturing method of an aminolyzable benzoxazine resin cured product includes performing a mixing step and performing a curing step. In the mixing step, a benzoxazine resin and a phenolic compound are melting and uniformly mixed, so as to obtain a resin composition, wherein the phenolic compound is configured for promoting the curing of the benzoxazine resin. In the curing step, the resin composition is heated to a curing temperature to form an aminolyzable benzoxazine resin cured product, wherein the curing temperature is 160° C. to 230° C.
Claims16
A manufacturing method of an aminolyzable benzoxazine resin cured product, comprising:
- performing a mixing step by melting and uniformly mixing a benzoxazine resin and a phenolic compound, so as to obtain a resin composition, wherein the phenolic compound is configured for promoting the curing of the benzoxazine resin;
- and
- performing a curing step by heating the resin composition to a curing temperature to form an aminolyzable benzoxazine resin cured product, wherein the curing temperature is 160° C. to 230° C.
