A method for producing cyclic peptide crystals, the method comprising a step of bringing a cyclic peptide into contact with a solvent, wherein the cyclic peptide is a cyclic peptide having the following characteristics (I), (II), and (III):
- (I) a characteristic of containing a cyclic moiety composed of 8 to 16 residues of amino acids in total, with a total number of amino acids being 8 to 20 residues;
- (II) a characteristic of containing at least 2 residues of N-substituted amino acids;
- and
- (III) a characteristic of having a molecular weight (g/mol) of 1204 or more and 3000 or less.
A method for producing cyclic peptide crystals, the method comprising a step of bringing a cyclic peptide into contact with a solvent, wherein the cyclic peptide is a cyclic peptide having the following characteristics (I) and (II):
- (I) a characteristic of containing a cyclic moiety composed of 8 to 16 residues of amino acids in total, with a total number of amino acids being 8 to 20 residues;
- and
- (II) a characteristic of containing at least 2 residues of N-substituted amino acids, the solvent is solvent (A) or a mixed solvent containing solvent (A) and solvent (B), the solvent (A) is one or more selected from the group consisting of an amide-based solvent, a sulfoxide-based solvent, an aromatic hydrocarbon-based solvent, a halogen-based solvent, and an ester-based solvent, and the solvent (B) is one or more selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic hydrocarbon-based solvent, ethylene glycol, and water.
