Abstract
A power swivel device includes a manual operation device for a vehicle seat configured to release a clutch drum and a brake drum of the power swivel device from a restrained state or to allow a vehicle seat, which is connected to a rotary plate, to be manually rotated by releasing the brake drum and the rotary plate from a restrained state in a state in which a motor is stopped.

A power swivel device for a vehicle seat, the power swivel device comprising:
- a manual operation device configured to allow manual rotation of a vehicle seat connected to a rotary plate by releasing a clutch gear and a brake drum of the power swivel device from a first restrained state or by releasing the brake drum and the rotary plate from a second restrained state when a motor of the power swivel device is stopped.
