Abstract
An extendable sawhorse device for securely holding a workpiece includes a pair of sawhorses that are spaced from each other. Each sawhorse includes a sawhorse beam having a sawhorse beam upper surface. A support is coupled to and extends downwardly from the sawhorse beam to position the sawhorse beam above a ground surface. A pair of cross members is coupled to and extends between the pair of sawhorses. Each cross member of the pair of cross members includes a cross member first end that is positioned proximate to a first sawhorse of the pair of sawhorses. A cross member second end is positioned proximate to a second sawhorse of the pair of sawhorses. A cross member top surface is coplanar with the sawhorse beam upper surface of the sawhorse beam.
