Abstract
A guide tube for a power tool, in particular for a drill or chisel hammer, having a tubular main body made of steel and a reinforcing structure that surrounds the main body at least in sections on the outer circumference and is made of a material that has a lower density than steel. A power tool, in particular a drill or chisel hammer, having a guide tube according to the invention is also provided.

A guide tube for a power tool, the guide tube comprising:
- a tubular main body made of steel and having an outer circumference;
- and
- a reinforcing structure surrounding the main body at least in sections on the outer circumference and made of a material having a lower density than steel.
