Abstract

Provided herein are devices and systems for treatment of Heart Valve Disease. In some cases, the devices can comprise valve prosthesis comprising a valve structure and an intraluminal support structure. The valve structure can comprise support bodies, central leaflet cusps, and connecting skirts. The intraluminal support structure can comprise a two-dimensional scaffold panel comprising a support beam and a circumferential rail. The support beam can be adjustable. The circumferential rail can be adjustable. The scaffold panel can comprise guiding slots and hook that slidably couple to each other, thereby forming a three-dimensional ring. The intraluminal support structure can comprise gap filling arms extending from the support beam to fill in gap between the intraluminal support structure and the native tissue.
