Abstract
A medical support device includes a processor. The processor acquires a plurality of frames obtained in time series by imaging, with a camera, an inside of a luminal organ into which a hemostat is inserted, the plurality of frames showing stages of a hemostasis treatment using the hemostat. Further, the processor outputs hemostasis period identification information that enables determination that a period from when the stages shown in the plurality of acquired frames change from a hemostasis preparation stage using the hemostat to a hemostasis start stage using the hemostat until a certain period of time elapses is a hemostasis period during which the hemostasis treatment is performed.

A medical support device comprising a processor,
- the processor is configured to:
- acquire a plurality of frames obtained in time series by imaging, with a camera, an inside of a luminal organ into which a hemostat is inserted, the plurality of frames showing stages of a hemostasis treatment using the hemostat;
- and
- output hemostasis period identification information that enables determination that a period from when the stages shown in the plurality of acquired frames change from a hemostasis preparation stage using the hemostat to a hemostasis start stage using the hemostat until a certain period of time elapses is a hemostasis period during which the hemostasis treatment is performed.
A medical support method comprising:
- acquiring a plurality of frames obtained in time series by imaging, with a camera, an inside of a luminal organ into which a hemostat is inserted, the plurality of frames showing stages of a hemostasis treatment using the hemostat;
- and
- outputting hemostasis period identification information that enables determination that a period from when the stages shown in the plurality of acquired frames change from a hemostasis preparation stage using the hemostat to a hemostasis start stage using the hemostat until a certain period of time elapses is a hemostasis period during which the hemostasis treatment is performed.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program executable by a computer to execute processing including:
- acquiring a plurality of frames obtained in time series by imaging, with a camera, an inside of a luminal organ into which a hemostat is inserted, the plurality of frames showing stages of a hemostasis treatment using the hemostat;
- and
- outputting hemostasis period identification information that enables determination that a period from when the stages shown in the plurality of acquired frames change from a hemostasis preparation stage using the hemostat to a hemostasis start stage using the hemostat until a certain period of time elapses is a hemostasis period during which the hemostasis treatment is performed.
