Abstract

A testing article for insertion into a heating chamber of an aerosol-generating device is provided, the testing article including: an elongate body configured to be received within the heating chamber of the aerosol-generating device; and a heatable substrate configured to be received within the elongate body and to be heated when the testing article is located within the heating chamber of the aerosol-generating device, the heatable substrate being a non-aerosol-generating substrate. A testing system including the testing article is also provided. A method of testing an aerosol-generating device with the testing article is also provided.
