An operation method of an image transmission/reception system including an image transmission-side device, an image reception-side device, and a transmission/reception control device, the operation method comprising:

• causing the image transmission-side device to capture an image of a subject to acquire the image, and transmit the acquired image to the transmission/reception control device;
• causing the image reception-side device to receive input of identification information of a specific person who is a person whose image a user of the image reception-side device desires to view, and transmit the identification information of the specific person to the transmission/reception control device;
• and
• causing the transmission/reception control device, based on
• the identification information of the specific person,
• identification information of a person who captures the image,
• identification information of the subject captured in the image, and
• attribute information of the user of the image reception-side device,
• to extract an image from the image received from the image transmission-side device, and display the extracted image on the image reception-side device.
