Vehicle mitigation systems and methods of deploying a vehicle mitigation system

A vehicle mitigation system, comprising:

• a barrier comprising:
• a base plate configured to extend along a ground;
• a front plate horizontally extending from the base plate, wherein the front plate comprises a forward facing side and a rear facing side;
• a ramp extending from a front portion of the base plate to the forward facing side of the front plate;
• a kick plate extending from the rear facing side of the front plate;
• a storage sleeve disposed on the kick plate;
• and
• at least one wheel positioned on the barrier;
• and
• a barrier hauler comprising:
• a stem;
• a handle positioned at one end of the stem;
• at least one wheel positioned near an opposite end of the stem, the wheel capable of rotating relative to the stem;
• and
• a lift arm having an engagement pin, the lift arm rigidly fixed relative to the stem and disposed at an angle relative to the stem;
• a storage arm coupled to the stem;
• wherein the barrier hauler is configured to be coupled to the storage sleeve via the storage arm while suspended above the ground to secure the barrier hauler in a stored position.

A vehicle mitigation system, comprising:

• a barrier comprising:
• a base plate configured to extend along a ground;
• a front plate horizontally extending from the base plate, wherein the front plate comprises a forward facing side and a rear facing side;
• a storage sleeve disposed on the barrier;
• and
• at least one wheel positioned on the barrier;
• and
• a barrier hauler comprising:
• a stem;
• a handle positioned at one end of the stem;
• at least one wheel positioned near an opposite end of the stem, the wheel capable of rotating relative to the stem;
• and
• a lift arm having an engagement pin, the lift arm rigidly fixed relative to the stem and disposed at an angle relative to the stem;
• a storage arm coupled to the stem;
• wherein the barrier hauler is configured to be coupled to the storage sleeve via the storage arm while suspended above the ground to secure the barrier hauler in a stored position.
